What we do
Orivia Care LLC is a Health-Related Social Needs fulfillment organization. We identify Medicaid-eligible pregnant and postpartum women, enroll them in New York State's HRSN meal benefit program, and coordinate home-delivered meal delivery.
Our model is B2B: we build trusted relationships with healthcare providers — midwives, OBs, doulas, birthing centers — who refer their Medicaid-enrolled postpartum patients to us. We then handle every step of the enrollment and delivery process.

The Program
New York's NYHER 1115 Medicaid Waiver authorizes 21 home-delivered meals per week for Medicaid-enrolled pregnant and postpartum women — 3 meals/day, 7 days/week, for up to 15 months.
